The care check-in is a requirement for anyone taking testosterone. This call confirms your wellbeing and makes sure that we're meeting telehealth requirements for controlled testosterone prescriptions. You'll need one when you start treatment, and then once annually to keep your membership.
Call Information
The call is 10 minutes long, is with one of our prescribing doctors, and costs $50.
When you create your account, a notification will prompt you to book your first care check-in. You'll also be reminded annually so you don't miss your required calls.
Once you've had the call, you'll stay eligible for ongoing testosterone treatment for up to 12 months.

Entering Your Details
You’ll be shown the price for your chosen session.
Log in to use saved details, sign up for future ease, or simply book as a guest.
When you’re ready, click Pay and Schedule Appointment.

After payment, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email
A Google Meet invite with your session link
